Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 0 CAD, whichever is greater.

Effect of Termination

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Quebec, Canada, for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
